Lord Omar Khaddar's First RP

Lord Omar Khaddar stumbles into the ring, wearing a large overcoat, black shorts, and with a bottle of vodka in one hand. He grabs the mic. When he speaks, he slurs, as if drunk.
What? I got it off this man down the street. He had a drinking problem, so I decided to take some of it off his hands. By some, I mean ALL! He had a lot of booze on him, and he wasn't that willing to give it up, but don't worry! I gave him a ticket in exchange for all his booze. I haven't drunk that much.
When he says the last part, five bottles similar to the one he's holding in his hand drop from under his overcoat and smash on the floor. He shrugs, takes off the overcoat, and tosses it off the ring. The sound of more bottles breaking is evident.
Watch through. At the bottom of this bottle is a magical serum, that'll sober me up. Either that or I pass out for a few minutes, then wake up completely sober. It's always either one or the other.
Looking around, he chugs the rest of the vodka. Instantly, he falls over, the bottle smashing beside him.
Five minutes pass...
Lord Omar Khaddar gets up, grabs the mic from where it landed, and speaks into it, completely sober.
Told ya so. Now who's ready to see a fight! A good one, unlike all the shit you've seen so far?!
The crowd cheers. Lord Omar looks around.
Were they really that bad? Wow... Hopefully we do better...

Good RP, I'm just confused on where it is, is it backstage, in the ring, a per-recorded event? Also I'm confused about that last statement

Oh, that. It's a reference to my previous question, about whether they wanted to see a good fight, instead of the shit they've seen so far.
