Grey skies are going to clear up (put on a happy face) [season finale]

Tick's music starts up on the PA; dum dwee dum dum dum dwee daa...

Tick appears from backstage, pauses, then dashes to the ring, sliding underneath the bottom rope, and picks up a microphone.

Tick: Spooooon!

The crowd join in with the big blue hero's cry. Some even hold up spoons.

Tick: You know, in my short time here in SCW I have been talking about justice quite a lot. Yet while walking down this road, I got distracted by the bright lights, like close-up flash photography, that's all I could see, I became consumed with helping Chickenman onto the righteous path. In my quest, I lost sight of my true goal, and the bight blue skies here became dark and stormy.

The titantron shows a strobe-like clip of backstage chairshots and beatings.

Tick: Yes, evil comes in many forms, whether it be a man-eating cow or Joseph Stalin, but you can't let the package hide the pudding! Evil is just plain bad! You don't cotton to it. You gotta smack it in the nose with the rolled-up newspaper of goodness! Bad dog! Bad dog! I came out here today to get a glimpse of the bigger picture, and what better place eh?

Tick: Nobody has a bigger TV than the old 'tron, here. I have a respect for our current champion, for he fights the good fight, but with all of this evil in our midst, I find myself in the constant throes of battle with fence sitters. This may require intense concentration, and an abnormal sense of balance, but it is ultimately much like a fun size chocolate bar, unfulfilling. I figure if the mountain wont come to Muhammad, them perhaps the evil will come to the champion. And so, may Evil beware and may Good dress warmly and eat lots of fresh vegetables.
